Beaver Basement Water Control Products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original buyer and any products which are defective in workmanship or material will be repaired or replaced at the option of the Beaver Basement Water Control Corp. hereunder shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of products that fall with the foregoing limitations and shall be conditioned upon receipt of written notice of any alleged defects or deficiency promptly after discovery and within the one year Warranty period. The Warranty contained herein shall not apply to any product that has been damaged or has been altered in any way or which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. The warranty does not apply to color match or color retention.
THE BEAVER BASEMENT WATER CONTROL CORP. DOES NOT MAKE WARRANTY AS TO FITNESS OF IT’S PRODUCT FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS BY THE BUYER NOR AS TO PERIOD OF SERVICE UNLESS THE BEAVE BASEMENT WATER CONTROL CORP. SPECIFICALLY AGREES OTHERWISE IN WIRTING AFTER THE PROPOSED USAGE HAS BEEN MADE KNOWN TO IT. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
